How to Purchase

Just click the "Add to Cart" button by the size you wish to order and it will open up a new window/tab (so that you don't loose your place on the site) to your shopping cart. This will show the product and price. Select your location with the drop down menu and hit the "RECALCULATE" button. Your shipping & handling price will then appear.

In the "Comments" box you can request speedy delivery, special requests (i.e. personalized print), or questions.

Then click the "Go To Payments" button. This will direct you to your billing information where you can then enter your name and address.

Click the "Continue" button and you will have the option of how you wish to pay for your order.

Clcik the "Continue" button once more and you will be asked to enter your credit card information (depending on your form of payment). Then click "Order Now" and the process is complete.

Finally a page with your confirmation number will come up showing that the transaction was sucessful. Also an email will be sent to you showing an invoice of your order.

If your form of payment is by money order the address to ship it to will be provided in the email confirming the order.

You can always view your shopping cart by clicking on "VIEW SHOPPING CART" in the left hand menu.
Forms of Payment
Dreamflier Studio's shopping cart excepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. All credit card transactions are processed securely and through Paypal. If you do not wish to use Paypal I also accept money orders.
Purchasing Time Line

All print and bookmark orders are shipped the following Thursday once payment is received. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.

For all remaining products please allow up to 4 weeks once payment is received. All orders are made accordingly so the time is needed to create the products. Once shipped please allow 5-7 business days for the items to arrive.
An email will be sent once the products are ready to ship. They will be shipped the following Thursday.
Security
The shopping cart is on a secure server and all of your information will remain private. It will not be shared nor sold to any third party. If you have any questions about your security please contact me.
Shipping

All domestic/U.S. orders are shipped USPS first class or UPS ground. To reduce complications please provide a physical delivery address (this means no P.O Boxes). If you only have a P.O. box please say so in the comment/request box for this is a special order.

For international orders they are shipped USPS first class or Global Priority. If you wish to have insurance for your order please notify me of this in the comment/request box.

All orders are packaged as carefully as possible so that they arrive safely to you. Yet in some cases I can not control the people who handle orders in the freight process. If your items are damaged please notify me immediately specifying the total damage and a photo (if possible). Please keep the damaged order exactly the way it came to you so that I may report a damage claim.
Handling
All orders have a handling fee of $3.00 USD. This fee is to pay for the products and processing used in shipping your order.
Note about Prints
Some images will need to be resized or cropped to fit 5x7, 8x10, 11 x 14, or 11x17. All images will be cropped to fit standard frame sizes. I always do the best cropping so that you still receive the image you fell in love with. Most images only loose up to an inch on either side.
In the End...
I want you to be 100% pleased with your order process and shipment. If for some reason you faced problems in the transaction, not happy with your shipment, or not at all pleased with your ordered items, I ask that you contact me and I will give you a full refund (less shipping & handling). It's so important to me that your order strikes you in person just as much as it did when you first purchased it. I run this business alone from my home so I oversee everything. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to what I sell and in my work, so if I don't feel it's perfect then it will not be sent to you until it is.
